Awards! This list features the ten restaurants you must visit this year. They are not necessarily the
ten best based solely
on star ratings; rather, they are the ten establishments that, for various reasons, left the strongest impression on
us. They are the experiences that provoked the deepest emotions and offered unforgettable moments—ten
“must-experience” destinations.
This list is always kept current and dynamic. It’s shaped by the restaurants themselves—by their innovation
and resilience—by the audiences that support and engage with them, and by our own decisions to shine a spotlight on
their excellence.
The List includes both restaurants that have earned at least one star, as well as emerging venues that are
on a clear trajectory toward earning one, provided they maintain their momentum. We consider gastronomy an integral
part of the overall experience, and this curated selection reflects those who are shaping the culinary landscape.
Finally, it’s worth noting that the restaurant achieving the top spot each year is automatically excluded
from subsequent lists, joining the elite “No. 1” club.
