The climax of the awards is The Skinos List 2026 by FNL Restaurant Awards:
: our list of the ten restaurants you need to visit this year. These are not necessarily the ten best restaurants, as that is reflected in the stars. They are, however, the ten restaurants that, for different reasons, excited us most over the past year, the ones that stirred the strongest emotions, the ten truly unmissable experiences.
This list will always have an element of timeliness. Timeliness generated by the restaurants themselves, timeliness created by the public as it fills their tables, and, of course, the timeliness we create ourselves by choosing to place a particular spotlight on them.
The Skinos List includes restaurants that have been awarded at least one star, as we consider gastronomy an integral part of the overall experience, as well as restaurants that have not been awarded because they opened “after the deadline”, but which we are confident will be among next year’s award winners if they continue on this path. It should also be noted that each year’s winner is excluded from subsequent lists and enters the closed club of No. 1 restaurants.
