Alvertos Revach

Alvertos Revach was born in 1972 and grew up in Athens. Until 2015, he worked in his family business, Amvyx. In 2016, he made a complete change of direction and has since lived and worked outside Greece.

For more than a decade, he has travelled constantly, most often simply to explore new places, averaging around 90 international flights a year. He does not eat meat, poultry or their derivatives, but he is passionate about food and makes a point of seeking out and discovering both small and significant culinary finds in every city he visits. He has a particular love for Asia, especially Japan, which he has visited 21 times since 2014, as of September 2026.
