The legendary taverna of Giorgos Sousouras in Kriopigi, established in 1983, has gradually evolved into a notable restaurant specialising in creative seafood dishes. In 2001, it was among the first in Greece to daringly grill scorpionfish and cod over embers and to serve tuna sashimi.
Today, his son, Asterios, has taken the helm, taking Trizoni well beyond its traditional roots. The eye-catching fish display showcases freshly caught fish, grilled impeccably.
